"Underrepresented founders are also under-funded and under-resourced, and yet, are still expected to over-deliver."

Khadijah has led an impressive career as a Harvard-trained lawyer and innovator in her several years working in the tech industry. She has spoken across the country, from Wharton, the leading business school in the US, to Salesforce’s Dreamforce, the largest software conference in the world. She tackles topics such as the dearth and death of diversity, technology and its impact on the lives of minorities, early-stage entrepreneurial life, fundraising, building a profitable business, and more.

Much of her unique perspective is drawn from her unique journey; Khadijah pivoted from working as a corporate lawyer to running a startup after launching her business with just a Google spreadsheet in 2019. In 2020, just three weeks after the public launch of her first startup, The Nile List, she won the first-ever virtual Black Girl Ventures Pitch Competition. Khadijah sold her first startup to Sean ‘Love’ Combs less than two years after founding it, she and made it her mission to help create pathways to success for underrepresented entrepreneurs and Black people in the tech/startup spaces since then. Khadijah has been recognized and reported on for her work in several well-known publications, including The Grio, Forbes, CNBC, Today.com, BUST Magazine, Oprah Daily, and more.
Khadijah consults with a wide range of entrepreneurs, coaches early-stage founders, and is the Chief Operating Officer for The Majira Project, a business accelerator, backed by Boston Consulting Group, for underrepresented founders
